On each side of the property there are 2 bedrooms.  On one side of the property there is a large bedroom with two twin beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom on this side features a king sized bed, walk in closet and large bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower.  Double french doors lead to the pool deck area.

Two further bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the villa and features two large bedrooms with kingsize beds.  One bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and the second bedroom has a large walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower.  This bedroom has double french doors which open onto the pool deck.

The villa is U shaped around a large deck area with the pool, outdoor dining area and additional seating being offered.   The laundry room has additional storage and large washer and dryer. A guest bathroom offers access from the pool deck.  The property is fully air conditioned.

The property has a small generator offering limited back up power.
