GUEST BEDROOM  -  The ground floor twin bedded guest room is off the sitting room and has doors opening on to the terrace. It has a traditional Caribbean wooden ceiling with cooling fan.

The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower and a relaxing bathtub.

TERRACE   -   A large ground floor terrace wraps around all the ground floor rooms, all of which open directly on to it. The covered terrace houses a built in Vermont Castings BBQ with outside casual dining for 10 – the perfect spot for whiling away the day reading or simply gazing at the stunning views over the gardens.

The downstairs unit has a bedroom, en suite bathroom and open plan sitting room and kitchen.  It opens on to the garden and has a small covered patio.

The upstairs unit includes a larger bedroom, with four poster bed, which opens onto a verandah.  There is a airy open plan sitting room and kitchen, which open onto a second covered verandah and bathroom off the hallway.

SWIMMING POOL   -  Set in some of the stone ruins this inviting 47’ foot pool is a highlight of this property.  It has been designed for lap swimming at different depths, water games and has its own solar farm to keep it the perfect temperature! The pool is salt water, has underwater lighting and a auto cleaning system and is set in a wonderful volcanic stone deck with spectacular views to be enjoyed while swimming or sunbathing.
